2025 Flood Information and Response

Current Park Status

Dear Residents,

Our hearts are with every one of you affected by the recent flooding. We know this time has brought unexpected challenges; yet, through it all, your strength, kindness, and sense of community have shone brighter than ever.

As we step into the new year, please know you are not alone. To help ease the burden during this period, rent for **January 2026 will be completely forgiven** for all residents. We hope this gives you a bit of breathing room as you settle back into the park.

May this Christmas bring moments of peace, comfort, and renewed hope. Please know that we stand with you and are committed to supporting you as we rebuild stronger, together.

With heartfelt gratitude,

-- Sveta and Jay --

Dear Tenants,

We appreciate your patience as we continue the clean-up and re-admittance process per Pierce County Emergency Management and FEMA requirements.  We are trying our best to get tenants back into the park as soon as practically possible. Some sites are taking longer due to damaged electrical receptacles and work on septic tanks.

More updates will be provided on or before Tuesday (12/23/2025).

The park clean-up process is progressing well.  Based on the progress made today, the following are the tentative dates when tenants would be allowed to move back into the park:

- All sites on 154th Ave CT E: Mid-day on Tuesday (12/16/2025)

- All sites on north side of 73rd ST CT E (gravel sites) on Mid-day Tuesday (12/16/2025)

- All sites on east side of 154th Ave E: Mid-day on Wednesday (12/17/2025)

- Selected sites on west side of 154th Ave E: Mid-day on Wednesday (12/17/2025)

- Remaining sites on west side of 154th Ave E: to be determined based on amount of clean-up required

- All sites on 153rd Ave CT E: These sites had the most impact. Clean-up will depend on how fast the standing water can be removed and stability of the land as it is currently saturated with water.  We will provide updates as the situation changes.

NOTE: All tenants will have to sign new Lease agreement and sign/agree to adhere to the Park Rules agreement before they can enter the park. Ron Clipse will be helping Gary Roe as the Park Compliance Officer. Clean-up efforts are managed by Gary Roe and Keith Townsend.

Riverpark Estates was affected by flooding and is currently closed until further notice.  No tenants should be in the park due to contamination and possible issues with septic, water Supply and electrical power. The affected area will need to be decontaminated before people can move back in.

As of Saturday (13th Dec 2025) we have started the clean-up process. We will notify individual tenants as their sites/lots are ready for return.
